Actualy I'm in need of tips, it seems since i'm a man the state doesn't treat me the same as a woman collector, If i had evaded ccourt, and my ordered support i'd already be in jail, but she walks around flaunting the fact that the state won't do anything, even though she's 5 months behind....any help would be appreciated

there certainly seems to be a double standard and unequal justice for males trying to enforce court ordered payments on females.  unfortunately, I don't have the personal experience to provide you with any tips, most of the feedback I've received here suggest dealing directly with the county sheriff for collections seems to be the most effective route.

First you have to have FAITH in GOD and He will direct your path.  Second, contact the Child Support Enforcement in your local county/state or use this link www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse. Do not stop trying to get what is due for your children.  Always keep in mind the child support is for the children and when you speak with CSE let them know that your child(ren) are suffering from this type of abuse.  I hope this help because I am a child advocate and I am helping both men and women.
Take Care and God Bless You :-)
