I have been trying to get child support since March 2009 for my three children in Orange County Florida. I have been through contempt motions and trying to get his driver's licenses suspended with no success because he would always filed a motion to stop what I have tried to do.  He was jailed in August of last year, but released without a purge amount being set. 
My children have been abused physically, emotionally and financially  by their father Albert Watson Link III. 
Albert Watson Link III had gotten married for third time since leaving me and my children in 2007. He is currently living at (removed by moderator), Naples, Florida 34112.  His SSN is (removed by moderator).
 
He is now trying to move out of the State of Florida so the court system cannot locate him.  He is currently enrolled in school fulltime in Naples, FL and refuse to pay child support during mediation in December 2009.  He ONLY wanted to pay $75 per month for three children. I need your help not to let this situation go unnoticed.

Nakei Haynes deadbeat mom....who has 2 kids and doesnt take care of them...refuses to get a job. Claims to be diabled...just LAZY!!!

Hi everyone. Would just like to ask for a little help. I am currently trying to find the place of employment for the non-custodial parent. He owes over $37,000 in back child support in the state of Texas .  He moved to Alaska about two years ago to avoid paying child support to our two beautiful teenagers. I know his address, but I really need to know his place of employment. He lives in Wasilla, Alaska, and his name is RICHARD CLINT GREEN, JR, but he goes by "RICK".  Please let me know if you  have any info at all, you would be completely anonymous. my e-mail is:greentara84@yahoo.com. Hello everyone, I need some help.  My not soon enough ex-husband is behind in child support in the amount of $5k, he has a wonderful job in Sandpoint Idaho making $25/hr but told the judge he was only making $15/hr and the judge believed him, I know crazy right?  We have been seperated since May 24, 2009, my children and I were homeless and penniless. He has not given me 1 dime since May 24, 2009!  I have a wage with holding from his employer, and keep getting the run around from the child support office is to when I should expect payment, the state we reside in is Idaho,  and his name is Mark McCorkle!  Any advice on what or how to collect the back child support would be wonderful!

Try contacting the Sandpoint police and/or the county sheriff, and let them know you have a judgement and garnishment order.  We have links here:

Paul Winkowski, age 27, Howell/Brick New Jersey is in arrears $9,000. He has 3 kids and is only ordered to pay $78 a week. He has made 6 payments in 3 years.  Beware of this con artist.  He is now living with a woman and her two kids and has told her he doesnt have any children. Corey J Dillman has two teenagers and refusses to help out with them. He won't pay his half of medical bill, and is over 2500.00 behind in child support. He says that he is protecting himself by not paying, and won't mind paying if the kids acted like him. He won't tell anyone who he works for, cause he doesn't want child enforcement to find him and take support from his check. He works for a mining company in Elko NV. I heard it is a sub-contractor for a major company. That is all I know, if you know who it is please let me know. Thanks.

You may want to contact the Elko Police Dept. to obtain more info ion the mining co.  Not sure who their county sheriff is, but they would probably be helpful as well.
